A strategic, results-oriented leader with over 30 years of experience in Brazilian football management. Specialized in implementing management and governance models in clubs, with in-depth knowledge of Law 14.193/21 (the SAF Law), including preparing institutions for assessment, feasibility, and transition to the corporate model.
Having worked for some of the country's largest clubs, Felipe has consolidated his expertise in leading complex projects, restructuring football departments, and developing sustainable medium and long-term strategies.
Has been a faculty member at the CBF Academy since 2009 and created a distance learning course that has trained over 1,000 students in 20 countries. He is also a columnist for the newspaper Lance!, where he shares insights on management, performance, and the future of football.
